- Rebuilt the frontend from a poorly structured codebase into a clean, maintainable Next.js architecture, implementing new designs done by Raul Fagundes on Figma.
- Developed key product pages including club, league, and event pages — significantly expanding the site's content surface
- Integrated PayloadCMS with custom blocks and robust content editors, enabling the team to manage content independently
- Set up technical SEO infrastructure that grew organic traffic from 7 to 500+ daily visitors, with the site continuing to rank and grow
- Built and integrated a full blog system with CMS-driven content

- Designed the full system architecture and developed the product end to end, translating designs by Elvire Coudray into a production-ready web app
- Built a QR-code based digital pass system with date-range and headcount validation — cashiers scan at checkout and instantly see pass validity
- Developed an interactive map of partner spots in Lisbon with a full digital city guide
- Integrated Stripe with idempotency, automatic tax registration, and email invoicing on every checkout
- Built a fully typesafe system end to end with TypeScript across frontend and backend
- Took the product from idea to first paying customers
